1. REVENUE

We measure revenue by RevPar Index % Growth and YOY growth. Success is only obtained if we out perform our competition. Our goals is to have exceptional market penetration.

2. COST CONTROL

Equally important is controlling our overall cost. We don’t judge this by any single purchase as it tends to be narrow minded. We look at flow and our benchmarks are: 

  • 50 % Flow is Average
  • 55% Flow is Very Good
  • 60% Flow is Excellent

3. ASSET IMPROVEMENT

Our firsthand measurement of success is determined by completing our PIP on time as scheduled. Brand Quality assurance is our ultimate measurement and expect to be at the top of the brand.

4. GUEST EXPERIENCE

Our guest must be happy! We desire to have each guest believe they received exceptional value and a wonderful experience. We measure this by brand metrics through GSS.

  • Failure is considered below 25% and replacement of property leadership
  • Top 50% is considered satisfactory and acceptable
  • Top 25% is considered exceptional

5. ASSOCIATE PARTNERS

Each associate is considered a partner and shares in the overall profitability. We constantly measure engagement with the following 5 questions:

  1. Do you know what is expected of you at work?
  2. Do you have the tools you need to do your job?
  3. Do you get the chance to do what you do best each day?
  4. Does someone care about your career growth?
  5. Has someone recognized your excellent work in the last 7 days?
